Niteesha is an executive coach focusing on career strategy, professional development, and alumni engagement at the law firm, Jenner & Block. Niteesha is a former practicing lawyer and compliance professional with roles in the federal government, a law firm, and global companies in the life sciences industry.

After practicing law, Niteesha served as a career coach for lawyers, executives, and professionals through organizations such as Bryce Legal and Ellevest, as an internal coach at the law firm, Paul Hastings, as a coaching consultant for Penn Carey Law, and as a legal recruiter with Major, Lindsey, and Africa for law firm partners. 

Niteesha graduated with a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law with a certificate in Health Law. She also holds an MPH with a concentration in Behavioral Science and Health Education from Saint Louis University School of Public Health and earned her BA in Biology and French from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to her degrees, Niteesha has a certification in Professional Coaching from iPEC and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach.
