Before you apply…
Make sure you have read all about our training program.
Check your eligibility.
Participants MUST be:
Refugees, asylees, asylum seekers, or survivors of human trafficking who have arrived to the United States within the past five years
Ready to have full-time availability for the duration of the program
Over 18-years-old on their first day of the program
Able to work in the United States, because we will pay you minimum wage
Making less than $10,000 annually and/or facing significant barriers to employment in the US
Willing and able to stand for 8 hours and lift boxes up to 50lbs (22kg)
Able to communicate and follow instructions in English
Passionate about food!

After you apply…
You will be invited to an Information Session (mandatory)
Sign-up for an information session
Attend an information session
If you do not attend an information session, you will be automatically rejected from the program. If you cannot attend the session you were scheduled for, please contact our team to reschedule.
If you are eligible for the program, you will be scheduled for an interview.
Attend an interview.
We will contact you within 1 week regarding your status after you interview
Accepted: You have been accepted to join the next cohort.
Waitlisted: You have been waitlisted for the next cohort and/or accepted into a future cohort.
Rejected: You have not been accepted into this cohort or a future cohort.
