As a young adult, Morgan Aye came to understand the act of cooking as one of the greatest expressions of love and inclusion. Her happiest memories during high school and college were from food-centric events with friends and their families - not only because she loved to cook and eat, but because of the intimate bonds she formed with those who brought her into their spaces.

This ultimately led her to embark on a culinary career over a decade ago. Morgan has previously cooked at the likes of All'onda, The Bombay Bread Bar, and Golden Diner. Morgan joined the Emma's Torch team so that she can teach the power of love, care, and kindness through cooking to those who are rebuilding their lives and finding their place in this country.

Morgan is a graduate of the International Culinary Center and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience from Middlebury College.
