Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Eddie brings a deep love for food, culture, and community to everything he does. With a background in culinary arts and education, he has worked across restaurants, pop-ups, and teaching kitchens, always championing bold flavors and approachable techniques. Eddie is passionate about creating spaces where food tells stories — especially those rooted in Latin and Black American traditions — and where students feel seen, inspired, and empowered.
