We Have a New Home!

The Emma’s Torch team is delighted to announce that we’ll be moving into a new (permanent!) restaurant space in April. You can find us at 345 Smith Street in Carroll Gardens.

The restaurant will be opening to the public in May, but our first cohort of students started this week. They will be training under Culinary Director Chef Alexander Harris’s guidance, and will be prepared to serve you incredible dishes come May.

Our new space will be bigger than what we worked in before, which will allow us not only to serve more of you, but also to train more students at once. We’re thankful that this new home will allow us to be able to better fulfill our mission to empower refugees.
