Our Silver Spring Home – We’re Open for Business!

What began with a community-wide campaign called The Kitchen We Build Together has become Emma's Torch's DC-area flagship: a 4,500-square-foot café and culinary training center in the heart of Silver Spring. This new home expands our mission beyond our New York locations to serve the greater DC area community. Our menu draws from our students' cultures, our team's culinary upbringing, and the vibrant, diverse community we're proud to call home.
