Cafe serves fresh starts Emma's Torch Cafe

SILVER SPRING, Md. — Emma's Torch Cafe in Silver Spring feels just like a regular cafe. 

"The two of us had the omelette with shakshuka," said Carol Rest-Mincberg, who was dining with friends, "Everything was delicious." 

While the food is delicious- it's so much more. 

"Emma's Torch is a non-profit social enterprise that provides culinary training and job placement services to refugees, asylees, and survivors of human trafficking," said Kerry Brodie… watch here.
