Jay spent the last nine years in Orlando, Florida. He went to the University of Central Florida-Rosen College of Hospitality Manager, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He had the privilege of working for the Walt Disney Company, Universal Orlando Resort, and Sea World Orlando. His work experiences with these companies include working as a food runner, busser, server, attractions, merchandise, and guacamole specialist. Jay recently worked as an Area Manager for the MCO1 fulfillment center in Orlando, and he had the honor of managing one of the best teams in the Amazon network. He loves to donate clothes and supplies to friends and family back in the Dominican Republic, where he lived for seven years. He loves baseball, the Los Angeles Dodgers in particular. He enjoys talking about baseball players, statistics, team, watching games on TV and in person. After work, he FaceTimes his family back in Florida, as well as his senior dog, Scampert.
