Sebastian graduated high school in 2012, and has been working in kitchens since. He was an executive sous chef at Porto in Boston before a bike accident, which prompted him to move to NYC.
Now he goes to school part-time, working his way towards a masters in social work while supporting future chefs at Emma’s Torch. He likes riding his bike and playing video games in his free time.
