Linda has carried a passion for food and education since a child under the tutelage of two French classically trained grandmothers that taught her to serve exceptionally in professional settings as well as in the community.

After attending The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Linda began to work up in the restaurant industry while also instructing food education programs to bring nutrition forward culinary classes to underserved populations. To fortify her education she also began to travel internationally to learn dishes abroad and became a master urban farmer. 

Eventually Linda merged her experience leading kitchens and teaching, into culinary workforce development programs that have included food manufacturing, concessions, mobile food, and restaurant training. She has also been able to fuse her love of nutrition, global flavors, history, and STEM to create classes and curriculum for programs in New York, Ohio, Washington, D.C., and Shanghai, China.
