Nick Fauchald is a Brooklyn-based writer, editor and publisher. He's also the co-founder and publisher of Short Stack Editions, a series of small-format cookbooks. Previously, he worked as an editor at Food & Wine, Wine Spectator and Every Day with Rachael Ray magazines, and was the editor in chief of TastingTable.com from its launch in 2008 through 2011. In 2016, he co-founded Dovetail, a publishing company that pairs impactful books with original products. In 2018, he co-founded Little Sous, and experiential media company that connects families in the kitchen. He's authored several books on cooking and cocktails, including Death & Co, Feeding the Fire, and The Short Stack Cookbook.
