Chefs Ethan Frisch (Co-founder, Burlap & Barrel) and Alexander Harris (Culinary Director, Emma’s Torch) are designing a menu that highlights Bean Voyage’s coffee and Burlap & Barrel’s spices. As always, our students at Emma's Torch will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Burlap & Barrel is building new international spice supply chains that are equitable, transparent and traceable.
Bean Voyage is a non-profit that provides training & market access to smallholder women coffee producers so they can drive their communities towards a sustainable future.
